Legacy 4 Korean War Veterans Foundation
Our Volunteer Team Members
 About the Foundation:
The Legacy 4 Korean War Veterans Foundation (L4KWVF) is a non profit 501(c)(3) established in
January 2011 by citizens in the Tennessee Valley. Your donations are tax deductible.

About the Founder and Team:
KC Bertling, a native Korean, sharing a hot meal with Korean War Veterans was her childhood ambition.
Finally in 2006, KC and her husband Sam with support from a local restaurant owner had the opportunity to host the first luncheon.

The luncheon program continued to grow as they hosted each year along with a guest speaker and slide show titled “Korea, Then and Now”

In the summer of 2010, KC with support from her husband Sam and a few close friends established a nonprofit foundation that will carry on the Veterans’ legacy and inspire America’s Future Leaders.
Historically the Legacy 4 Korean War Veterans Foundation came to life as 501 (c)(3) in January 2011.
KC and Sam uses the foundation as a tool to share their testimonies how God has transformed an ordinary couple into becoming an extraordinary people in the Lord, and their passion and extraordinary desire to honor Korean War Veterans, and inspire America’s Future Leaders.

L4KWVF team members are all volunteers and they believe all things come from God, and God alone is the provider of all resources through faithful and generous people.

They also believe even a vilest sinner can be redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. (Luke 23:41-43)
